Through Vessel notification 2.2, shipping companies/cargo handling agents can efficiently provide the various public services with the mandatory notifications pertaining to visiting sea-going vessels. Companies can use the internet service for the entire first Notification to the Harbor master and automatically also inform Customs. Release 2.2 is even more user-friendly and, at the request of the market, has been further geared to everyday practice.

To the Harbor master
  • Pre-vessel notification;
  • Request berth;
  • Ordering of nautical services;
  • Notification of passage;
  • Statement mandatory security information (ISPS Code);
  • Shifting and departure.          
To Customs
  • Pre-vessel notification;
  • Notification arrival ship.  

The new service is part of the electronic port window for declarations and mandatory notifications that Port infolink is developing in close consultation with the business community and various government agencies. Cargo declaration EDI 1.1 and Cargo declaration Internet 1.1 are also part of this port window.
